PRIVACY
Baby Boutique Clothing ensures the privacy of its customer. All customer information is held in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. Customer information is used for the sole purpose of processing your order and will not be shared to a third party.
Customers may be contacted in regards to processing your order. We may also use this information to inform/update you with sales, products and changes to our website. Please email us if you do not wish to receive this information.
Our secure service provider processes your credit/debit card details. Baby Boutique Clothing does not see your card details and the secure service provider does not see the personal information entered by the customer.
ORDERING PRODUCTS FROM THE WEBSITE
Once a customer places an order on our website, an order confirmation and delivery details will be emailed to the customer, stating each product that has been requested for purchase. Our order confirmation is not an acceptance of your order by Baby Boutique Clothing.
Once your requested products have been dispatched, (unless you have cancelled the order in accordance with our instructions) an acceptance has been made and a contract between the customer and Baby Boutique Clothing exists.
CONDITIONS OF USE
Baby Boutique Clothing reserves the right to not accept your order. A refusal of an order may unfortunately occur where payment is unable to be authorised, the requested item(s) is out of stock, we have identified a pricing or product description error, shipping restrictions apply to the item in question or there is failure to meet the eligibility to order criteria in our Terms and Conditions.
PRICE AND PAYMENT
Pricing on Baby Boutique Clothing is in GBP and do not include VAT. We do not charge for VAT and orders outside the EU VAT are charged at 0% for all goods.
The GBP price of a product displayed on the website at the time of order is accepted and will be honoured, except in cases of obvious error.
Payment in any currency that is not in GBP will be estimated with the existing currency exchange rate. The final price you pay will be calculated in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day your card issuer processes the transaction. Please note that we do not have any control over how much your card issuer may charge for such transactions.
Promotion codes cannot be used with any other promotion code, sale or offers, and must be used by the date published, if provided.
Once a customer places an order on our website, you confirm that the payment details that you provided are valid and that, a credit/debit card, if used, belongs to you or you have authorisation by the owner to use the credit/debit card.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Orders are typically dispatched within 3 working days of the order being placed.
It is possible to cancel before the order has been confirmed by email. To cancel, please email sales@baby-boutique-clothing.co.uk stating the relevant reference number.
RETURNS POLICY
Please email sales@baby-boutique-clothing.co.uk to return an item, stating your reason and reference number.
Products can be returned within 14 days of purchase, if the item is in its original packaging (tags not removed, unmarked etc.) and is unused then a full refund can be issued. Buyer pays return postage. We recommend sending the parcel Signed For as we cannot be held responsible for any lost items.
If delivery was free because the overall value of the order was over a certain price, and the returned items makes it below the required value, then the cost of delivery will be deducted from the refund. Any order than includes a free gift and that order is returned, the gift will be deducted from the refund.
All of our posted orders require signature upon delivery and is insured. We recommend that when returning a product that you use insured recorded delivery and keep your proof of postage receipt. We are not responsible for non-arrival products of returned goods and the customer is responsible for the items until they reach us.
Socks and personalised items are not eligible for return.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
All items are subject to availability. If an item is out of stock, Baby Boutique Clothing will try to contact you at the email address provided. However if we cannot contact you, or have had no response to our email, we will continue to process the remaining items on your order.
YOUR USE OF THE SITE
You are to use the website in accordance with these T&C’s for personal use (non-commercial). You cannot copy, reproduce, post, republish or use any part of our site.
You must not misuse our website, you must not intentionally introduce viruses, spyware etc. or any other malicious material that is harmful to our website or business. Baby Boutique Clothing have the right to refuse to post content on our website and can remove any content already on the website. You must not act in breach with intellectual property rights or confidentiality. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our website. You must not attack our site for denial of service.
